• Probable Causes :
  • No request made for the same shade when purchasing extra tiles for one particular area
  • Mix-up of different shades during installation.
• Prevention :
  • The tile contractor can make sure that the tile shades blend nicely by opening and checking a few cartons before applying.
  • Close monitoring at site during installation.
